Terms of use

These terms cover the PorchReply website and preview. Paid service requires a separate written client agreement. Use the contact form for questions.

Preview use

Submit only a public website you own or are authorized to test. Do not send sensitive information, attempt to bypass limits or use the assistant for unlawful activity. The instant preview reads one page, can be incomplete or incorrect, and is not the business's official assistant.

No emergency or booking service

AI output is informational and must be checked. The service provides no emergency dispatch, professional repair guidance, medical or legal advice. A callback request is not an appointment, quote or promise of availability. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Trials and payment

The first five approved trial clients receive 14 days free without a card. Trial access may end without converting to a subscription. Continuing requires explicit agreement and payment. Listed prices are USD and may be subject to applicable taxes displayed by the payment provider. No payment is collected through this demo.

Service limits

Usage, spending and abuse limits apply. The free preview may be paused or withdrawn. Email delivery and third-party availability cannot be guaranteed. A paid agreement defines scope, support, cancellation, refunds and liability; this page does not replace it.

Content and data

You retain rights to your business content and must authorize its use. Public research examples do not imply endorsement. Our privacy notice explains how information is handled. Do not treat information from another business as your own verified service policy.
